Fruity and clearly vegetable also in the mouth, slightly buttery, a bit tobacco-like and yeasty, medium-fine mousseux, earthy notes, a bit sweet on the palate, slightly covered on the palate, delicate bitterness in the background, hinted nutty, quite good finish
