2004 trocken CA SA NOVA, Ahr, Germany

Very individualistic spicy nose, clearly reflects its origins, slightly stalky blackcurrants, slightly reminiscent of Pinot Noir. On the palate, too, the light, slightly sweetish Burgundian notes dominate, red currants in the background, prominent vegetal notes, integrated tannins, light spicy oak, attractive finsih. For those who love the Ahr character.
