Translate to English Etwas gereifter, leicht holziger und vegetabiler Duft mit Noten von roten Beeren und einer Spur Cassis sowie recht deutlich erdigen Noten. Recht warm im Mund, recht mürbe, fast ein wenig morbide Frucht, malzige und deutlich holzige Töne, etwas trocknendes Tannin, gewisser Schmelz, nicht sehr tief, im Abgang alkoholwarm, holzig, erdig-vegetabil und relativ trocknend.

Editor note: Plums and red berries on the nose, spicy oak and vanilla, mineral and vegetal notes. More prominent oak on the palate, slightly subdued fruit, mineral notes and mushrooms, has some substance, but is not particularly deep. prominent vanilla, roasted notes and chocolate, quite fine tannins, very slightly astringent on a good finish. Would be rated even higher if the oak were less prominent.
