2008 Frühburgunder trocken, Ahr, Germany

Lively, youthful nose, red berries, light vegetal notes, floral and leathery traces. Very clear red fruit on the palate, straightforward, polished style, very fine tannins, light floral traces and a hint of old oak, medium body, not particularly deep, but very well made, elegant acid bite, good finish.
