Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light animal notes and a hint of tobacco, red and a few black berries, some sour cherries and root vegetables, earthy notes. Fairly tart, cool, dark fruit on the palate, fine sandy tannins, hint of cocoa, earthy notes, some old oak in the background, elegant acidity, good persistence yeasty traces, still slightly reductive, light salty notes, some depth, prominent cool, juicy notes on a very good finish.
