Editor note: Clear, very polished nose, black berries and cherries, delicate floral and herbaceous traces, light peppery spice and mineral notes. Cool, firm, fresh, juicy, fairly polished fruit on the palate, very fine, youthful tannins, light acid bite, herbaceous and floral traces, light peppery traces, mineral traces in the background, still undeveloped, some depth, hint of tobacco, very good, firm finish.
Best to drink: 2020-2026+

One of the five specific ones wine regions in the Austrian state or generic wine-growing region Burgenland, In 2016 there was a restructuring, with changes in the names and the area boundaries. The former name Südburgenland was replaced by Eisenberg.
