Editor note: Firm, tart, fairly deep nose, fairly cool, predominantly black berries, peppery notes, dried vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of bacon, mineral notes. Fairly firm, cool, firm, clear, and very juicy dark fruit on the palate, hint of cocoa and coffee, touch of peppery spice, herbaceous traces, persistent, good depth, some pomegranate in the background, salty mineral notes, still young, more peppery spice on a very good, firm, dark, juicy, mineral finish.Needs time to mature.
Best to drink: 2021-2030+
