Editor note: Deep, highly complex and gripping nose, ripe apples, stone fruit and some exotic fruit, elegant herbs and spices, very prominent spicy mineral notes. Very deep on the palate, complex and juicy, vibrant structure, beautiful fruit intermingeld with mineral notes, very concentrated and incredibly persistent, very powerful and totally dominated by the mineral foundation, still yeasty and totally undeveloped, very long finish.
