Firm and deep, almost sweet bouquet of very ripe stone fruit and some citrus fruits with herbal nuances, floral traces, a hint of caramel and distinct minerality.Very firmly woven, highly ripe, yet tart fruit with delicate notes of candy, herbaceous-vegetable nuances and intense minerality, dense, deep and persistent on the palate, very fine, yet firm and additionally giving backbone acidity, gripping on the palate, has power and concentration, but no heaviness, increases steadily after opening and, despite decanting, only shows what it can really do on the second day, long, tart-juicy, but above all extremely mineral, firm, tart finish. Still a monument that you don't have to worry about for the next few years.
