very firm on the nose, mineral notes, tart herbs and spices, pure stone fruit and citrus. Juicy and slightly creamy on the palate, prominent tart tobacco notes, some wax, elegant, lively acidity, very full-bodied, slightly rustic style, exceptionally firm structure, deep and persistent, firm bite, excellent depth, more tart and spicy than fruity, long finish.
