Translate to English Goldgelb bis Bernsteinfarben. Zurückhaltender Duft nach teils kandierten und angetrockneten gelben Früchten und Zitruszesten mit etwas nussigen und welk-floralen Tönen, ein wenig gelber Würze, angedeutet Honig und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Schmelzige, ruhige, eher herbe Frucht, sehr feine, moderate, mit Luft straffere Säure, wieder etwas gelbe Würze und florale Nuancen, ein Hauch Tabak, nussige bis leicht holzige Nuancen, Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, angedeutet Pfeffer, wieder ziemlich deutliche Mineralik, ausgezeichnete Substanz und Tiefe, aufkommende Kandissüße, sehr guter bis langer, fester, vielschichtiger Abgang mit Saft und wieder viel gelber Würze. In ausgezeichneter Verfassung.

Editor note: Very firm nose, citrus fruit, peaches and a hint of cassis, herbs and spices, mineral notes and floral traces. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, lots of sweetish and tart herbaceous notes, very pure, juicy fruit, not totally dry, very elegant, fairly prominent and gripping acidity, very persistent, tobacco notes, good depth, long finish.
