Translate to English Hefige und deutlich pflanzliche bis kräuterige Nase mit herben gelbfruchtigen Noten. Auch im Mund herb und hefig, deutlich pflanzliche Noten, lebendige Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, etwas gedeckt und rau am Gaumen, gewisse Saftigkeit, im Hintergrund mineralische Töne, wirkt ein wenig spröde, getrocknet-pflanzliche Noten, ganz leicht süßliche Noten, guter Abgang.

Editor note: Firm nose with prominent vegetal notes, citrus and apples, cool mineral notes. Quite firm fruit on the palate, elegant and juicy, not totally dry, prominent spicy vegetal notes, lively, slightly lemony acidity, lots of carbon dioxide, good persistence, good finish.
