Light apple fruit and some stone fruit on the nose, delicately spicy yeasty notes, light lactic notes. Slightly muted but persistent preserved and dried pomaceous fruit on the palate, some peaches and dried pineapple, slightly creamy, nicely frothy mousse, well-balanced dosage, well made in a traditional style, good finish.
