Sweet and sour, also distinctly vegetal scent of partly candied citrus fruits and some stone fruit with floral and mineral notes. Sweet and sour also on the palate, distinctly vegetal, somewhat muted, fairly persistent, enormous acidity, mineral notes in the background, a little candy, fairly substance and persistence, lemony and sweet and sour on the finish.

Editor note: Cool nose, citrus and peaches, hint of sulphur, prominent mineral and tart herbaceous notes. Fairly juicy but unnecessarily sweet fruit on the palate, polished, with elegant but definite herbaceous notes, very lively, elegant acidity, mineral notes, persistent, good substance and has some depth, still very young, very good finish.
