Translate to English Vegetabiler, erdiger und leicht krautiger, auch eine Spur nussiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Tönen, etwas Hefe, mineralischen Anklängen und merklichem Alkohol. Herb im Mund, hefig, erdig und leicht nussig, verhaltene Frucht, passende Säure und merklicher, etwas trocknender Gerbstoff, recht deutliche, helle Mineralik, hat Biss und Griff, noch ein wenig eckig, merklicher Alkohol, sehr guter, bei aller Kraft straffer, nur auch noch etwas gedeckter Abgang mit herbem, Saft, Mineralik und reichlich Alkohol. Nicht ganz sichere Prognose, muss aber auf jeden Fall reifen.
