2012 Sauvignon Blanc Auslese trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Slightly nutty pomaceous fruit with vegetal aromas, a hint of caramel and lactic hints. Spicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, earthy and vegetal notes, more nutty notes on the palate, light acidity, light tannic touch, medium body, herbaceous notes, delicate hint of carbon dioxide, mineral notes in the background, good grip and spice on a good finish.
