2017 Neusiedlersee DAC Ried Zeiselberg Zweigelt Reserve trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Tart, slightly tobacco, peppery and a hint of floral scent of cherries and black berries with a hint of celery. Clear, tart and juicy fruit with nutty wood aromas and still very slightly milky tones, present, youthful, slightly astringent tannins, certain warmth of alcohol, in the background earthy and herbal to herbal notes, bitter chocolate and coffee, some of the fruit and coffee grounds appear to have been boiled down, and a hint of salt good to very good finish.
