2003 Kamptal trocken KnallWeiss, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Medium-intense nose, honeydew melons, some stone fruit and ripe pears, spicy oak with roasted notes. Very full-bodied and juicy, high in alcohol, nicely integrated oak, very creamy on the palate, persistent, very well balanced, mineral backbone, partly candied fruit, spicy and roasted notes as well as alcoholic burn on the long finish.
