The vineyards cover 14.5 hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Stiftsberg
(Heilbronn) and Schlossberg (Talheim). They are one third with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Scheurebe and Gewürztraminer, as well as two-thirds with the red varieties Schwarzriesling, Pinot Noir, Samtrot, Lemberger, Trollinger, Acolon, Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Mitos and Merlot.
