Fairly firm, deep nose, prominent smoky and mineral notes, yeasty notes, bell peppers, tart yellow fruit, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of tobacco and some green berries. Clear, firm, tart, fairly cool, elegant fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate tannic grip, vegetal and herbaceous aromas reminiscent of pesto, some pine resin, concentrated, deep and persistent, very elegant, not at all heavy, intense salty mineral notes, still slightly yeasty, very good, long, cool, tart, juicy, mineral, vegetal finish. Wonderful.
