Fairly firm nose, nutty notes, hint of tobacco, partly preserved yellow fruit, whiff of yellow flowers, reminiscent of marzipan. More partly preserved, slightly lemony fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty and waxy traces, lively acidity, nutty, yeasty and earthy notes, good persistence, salty mineral notes, white almonds and camomile in the background, clear contours, very good, slightly creamy but firm finish.
