Cool, elegant nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, slightly ethereal, tart yellow and green fruit, touch of olive and seed oil, floral traces, mineral notes. Clear, firm, juicy, slightly creamy, ripe fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and prominent herbaceous aromas, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide grip, slightly smoky mineral notes in the background, some depth, persistent, light oak, hint of bacon, very good, juicy, slightly spicy and nutty finish.
