The estate is located in the commune of Obersulm-Willsbach in the German wine-growing region Wuerttemberg, The family has been wine-growing for several generations. After more than 30 years under the management of Christa and Gerhard Laicher, son Raimund now runs the business. A broomstick is connected. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vineyards. They are planted with the red varieties Spätburgunder, Lemberger, Trollinger, Muskat-Trollinger, Schwarzriesling, Acolon, Dornfelder and Velvet Red, as well as with the white varieties Riesling, Chardonnay and Traminer. It is natural viticulture with z. B. Greening practiced. The optimally ripe grapes are pressed gently, the must is slowly fermented under temperature control. The expansion takes place in stainless steel tanks and sometimes also in barriques. Fine brandies (wine, yeast, pomace, fruit), Riesling vinegars, liqueurs and bottle-fermented sparkling wines are also produced.
