Brut Crémant Pinot Rosé, Baden, Germany

Clear, quite taut, yeasty nose of red and black berries with pome fruit and floral and slightly planty tones. Nutty-yeasty in the mouth, dried vegetable to herbal aromas, restrained fruit, medium-fine mousseux and some tannin grip, certain persistence, tobacco and spice traces, a touch of bacon and mushrooms, good finish.
