Yeasty, herbaceous, planty and slightly cheesy aroma with yellow fruity aromas and a hint of bacon. Sweet fruit with nutty-yeasty, herbal-vegetable and again also bacon-like notes, medium-fine mousseux, woody-tobacco bitterness on the palate, certain substance and persistence, buttery notes, some tannin, tidy to good finish.
