2016 trocken "Peccatum", Burgenland, Austria

Slightly dried-vegetal and earthy scent of black berries with a hint of cherries, some wood and dried-floral nuances. Firmly knitted, tart, juicy, ripe dark fruit with delicately roasted and bitter chocolate wood aromas, fairly present, ripe tannins, spicy notes on the palate, good substance and sustainability, lots of strength, certain depth, ethereal nuances in the background, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish.
