The winery is located in the municipality Gols in the Burgenland DAC area Lake Neusiedl (Austria). The family business was taken over in 1975 by Matthias and Melitta Leitner. The reorientation to quality and bottling began in the early 1980s. In 2003 son Gernot joined the company. The vineyards cover eleven hectares of vineyards in the Golser vineyards Altenberg. Salzberg, Set, sheep lead and Ungerberg, They are about 80% with the red varieties Blaufränkisch , Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, and planted to 20% with the white varieties Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. There is an environmentally friendly, natural management. The objective is to be full of character, terroir embossed Vinify wines of the highest quality.
