2009 Ried Salzberg Pinot Blanc trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Pomaceous fruit and melon on the nose, light burnt and nutty notes, some oak. More nutty and oaky notes on the palate, slightly creamy melon fruit, some apple, delicate lactic notes, moderate acidity, earthy and mineral traces in the background, slightly astringent on an otherwise attractive finish.
