Fairly fresh, firm, deep nose, mixed berries and cherries, peppery spice, light dried floral aromas, herbaceous traces, mineral notes, hint of leather and tobacco. Firm, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty oak, hint of tobacco, polished tannins, elegant bite, persistent, delicate herbaceous notes, mineral notes in the background, smoky traces, hint of bacon, some more peppery spice, elegant style, still young, more smoky and nutty traces on a very good polished, elegant, juicy, salty finish.
