Melon and partly dried pears on the nose, elegant spicy notes. Clear and elegantly juicy on the palate, creamy, moderate acidity, spicy, very creamy, mineral notes in the background, very good persistence, quite full-bodied, but is polished and has some bite, cool mineral notes and noticeable alcohol on the finish.
