Partly dried pomaceous fruit on the nose, vegetal notes, light nutty notes and old oak. Creamy fruit on the palate, tart nutty spicy notes, vegetal and earthy notes, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, good persistence, slightly noticeable alcohol, creamy again with tart nutty notes on a good finish.
