Reife, süßliche Frucht im Mund, kohlartig-vegetabile Aromen und kandiert-nussige Töne, feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Griff, zarte Kohlensäure, wärmender Alkohol, nicht allzu tief, guter Abgang, wieder mit laktischen Tönen.
