Translate to English Vegetabiler, leicht erdiger und nussiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, ganz leicht getrocknet-floralen Tönen und erdiger Mineralik. Reife, süßliche Frucht im Mund, nussige, erdige und getrocknet-pflanzliche Töne, feine, lebendige Säure, etwas antrocknender Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, spürbarer, aber integrierter Alkohol, gewisser Schmelz, Kräuternoten, etwas Speck, sehr guter, wieder etwas süßlicher, gleichzeitig aber auch ein wenig herb-würziger Abgang mit Griff.
