Schlank und recht trocken im Mund, mit pflanzlicher Würze, erdigen Tönen und feiner Säure, ganz leicht sandiger Gerbstoff am Gaumen, erdig-mineralische Töne, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, guter Abgang.
