2013 Endingen Steingrube Spätburgunder Auslese trocken *SL, Baden, Germany

Strong, slightly alcoholic, slightly acidic, slightly boiled scent of preserved mixed berries, beetroot and some cherries with earthy and slightly grained notes. Relatively cool, tart, tart, again slightly cooked fruit in the mouth, green vegetal notes, fairly prominent, slightly lemony acidity, slightly dusty and astringent tannins, not particularly deep, lots of alcohol, earthy and grainy nuances, tidy, tart and one little brittle finish.
