2015 Endingen Engelsberg Scheurebe Trockenbeerenauslese, Baden, Germany

Light vegetal notes and floral traces on the nose, sweetish, candied yellow and some green fruit aromas, touch of yellow spice, nutty and delicate waxy notes. Firmly structured, very sweet fruit on the palate, fairly lively acidity, light, slightly coarse sandy tannins, prominent dried vegetal aromas, floral traces, hint of dark berries, prominent sugar candy, medium body, some depth, persistent, delicate bitter note typical of the varietal in the background, hint of bergamotte, salty traces, very good finish.
