Translate to English Duft nach eingemachten überwiegend dunklen Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit an Peperoni erinnernden Noten und einem Hauch Kakao sowie erdigen Anklängen. Süßliche, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit etwas speckigen Noten, Kakao und getrocknetem Paprika, feinsandiges Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, eine Spur Salz, auch zart pfeffrige Töne, recht guter, wieder süßlicher Abgang mit etwas Biss.
