2017 Endingen Steingrube Grauburgunder Spätlese trocken *SL, Baden, Germany

Nutty and light dried vegetal notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, pomaceous fruit, floral, mineral and delicate spicy traces. Clear, ripe, juicy, creamy fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, nutty and floral aromas, herbaceous traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good persistence, integrated tannins provide some grip, salty traces, good to very good finish that is both sweetish and salty, but also quite firm, with some bite.
