Light ethereal herbaceous and floral notes on the nose, clear, light yellow fruit aromas, floral traces, light mineral notes. Ripe, fairly tart fruit on the palate, nutty, dried vegetal and earthy notes, integrated acidity, peppery spice, slightly ethereal herbaceous notes, persistent, prominent mineral notes, noticeable tannins, noticeable high level of alcohol, slightly sweetish and creamy, some depth, very good finish. The designation Kabinett is totally absurd for such a powerful wine.
