Surprisingly cool, tart nose, noticeable vegetal and peppery notes, restrained yellow fruit, delicate waxy touch, prominent mineral notes. On the palate, once again cooler than the high level of alcohol would lead one to expect, nutty, herbaceous and peppery notes, hint of tobacco in the background, elegant acidity, citrussy fruit, light mineral notes and some almonds, some bite, still young, moderate tannins, smoky traces, still slightly astringent on an otherwise very good finish.
