Slightlyyeasty nose, vegetal and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of tobacco. Surprisingly cool on the palate considering the high level of alcohol, lively, slightly citrussy acidity, pomaceous fruit, light yeasty and herbaceous notes, floral traces, light salty notes, some bite, good, fairly cool finish.
