Tart nose, slightly yeasty, vegetal and light floral notes, white pepper, restrained yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Tart, fairly firm fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal, nutty and floral notes, earthy and salty mineral notes, fairly lively acidity, sandy tannins provide some grip, good persistence, medium body, hint of bacon and mushrooms, good to very good tart finish.
