Relatively cool, tart, vegetable scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas, floral traces and minerality. Firm, ripe, quite juicy fruit, somewhat nutty to slightly woody tones, very fine acidity, yeasty, herbal and clearly mineral notes, a hint of pepper, has grip, good depth, very slightly ethereal notes, very good, firm, tart finish
