2014 Pinot Noir Sekt g.U. Grosse Reserve Brut Blanc de Noirs, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Yeasty and buttery notes on the nose, touch of caramel, pomaceous fruit, hint of mushrooms and vegetal traces. Ripe, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, medium-fine mousse, touch of sugar candy, more buttery traces and a hint of caramel, vegetal notes, good substance and persistence, delicate tanic grip, spicy traces, chalky mineral notes in the background, umami, hint of tobacco, touch of mushrooms again on a very good finish.
