Tart, somewhat vegetable and a hint of earthy nose with subtle yellow fruit aromas. Lean, slightly covered, restrained fruit, vegetal and earthy notes, a hint of mushroom on the palate, slightly covered, appropriate acidity, some mineral notes, slightly astringent and bitter-phenolic finish.
