Pflanzlich, hefig und nussig im Mund, weiße und auch ein wenig grüne Frucht, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, etwas Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, leicht süßlicher Schmelz, im Hintergrund kreidige Töne und Salz, ein wenig Rauch und angedeutetes Holz, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr guter Abgang.
