Schlank und knochentrocken im Mund, frische grasig-pflanzliche Noten, etwas grüner Paprika, recht präsente Säure, etwas Griff, hefige Spuren, angedeutet Holunder, noch eine Spur antrocknend am Gaumen, etwas Nachhaltigkeit weißer Pfeffer, recht guter, herber Abgang.
