2010 Wittlich Portnersberg Merlot Spätlese, Mosel, Germany

Tones of undergrowth and some paprika in the red-berry nose. Sweet, yet slightly earthy and delicately spicy fruit of cranberry jelly, matching acidity, good to drink, passable to decent finish.
