2012 Piesport Riesling feinherb Philipp, Mosel, Germany

Somewhat developed, distinctly planty to herbal aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, very light yellow spice and earthy-mineral tones. Sweet fruit with taut acidity and cool herbal flavours, almost a little tobacco, a hint of bacon on the palate, earthy notes and a hint of nuts, light tannin, decent to good finish.
