Onion skin colours. Tart, nutty and slightly earthy aroma with restrained pome fruit aromas as well as mineral and woody traces. Ripe, melting, sweetish fruit, nutty and slightly buttery notes, red berry nuances, fitting acidity, slightly floral, some persistence, mineral hints, very slightly muted, sweetly acidic, again alcoholic finish
